The method involves forming grooves (5, 6) in small blocks (1, 2) of a double-block railway sleeper in a same plane, and coating the grooves with adhesive, where the adhesive is selected from chemical adhesive with mortar, epoxy sealing adhesive, adhesive made of an epoxy resin and a curing agent, rubber and hot or cold animal or vegetable resin. A T-shaped complementary spacer (7) is placed between the small blocks of the double-block railway sleeper.
