The device has a flange (30) rigidly fixed to a suspension arm (20) designed to receive internally an end portion (12) of an anti-roll bar (10). Two elastic pads (35, 36) are located inside the flange and diametrically opposed relative to the anti-roll bar, where one of the elastic pads is compressed during a displacement of the end portion of the anti-roll bar relative to the suspension arm in one direction or in another direction in a 'Z' direction of the car. The pads are fixed to upper and lower parts of the end portion of the anti-roll bar. An independent claim is also included for a vehicle i.e. car.
