The device has a housing (1) fixed with electromagnets (2) at inner side. A metal ball (3) is placed between the electromagnets and moved in rectilinear translation from one of the electromagnets to another electromagnet under the effect of the magnetic field. An external power supply box (4) connects the device to a sector and allows management of electric voltage and switching of the electromagnets. The electromagnets are placed face-to-face at each end of the housing. The power supply box assures power supply and alternated switching of the electromagnets.
