The device has an attachment for attaching with a sleeve (3) using single spindle blocked diametrically in a housing on each arm (3') of the sleeve for forming a recovery cover of a blade root. The blade root comprises a finger engaged in one of hooping rings (7', 8') in bottom of the cover of the sleeve so as to block any possibility of rotation of a blade around the spindle. A cylindrical assembly pin (6) is adjusted between the hooping rings and provided with a support washer (17) for a nut (15).
