The framework has a frame formed from longitudinal and transverse elements, which comprise a section having a panel support part (12) in a cross section for supporting a lower part of a wall panel (80). The support part is prolonged by a release part (13) to provide an open space between the wall panel lower part and the release part. The release part is located on a side of the support part furthest away from a center of the framework. Discharge openings discharge the water collected in the open space between the support part and the wall panel lower part.
