The device has a decanting outlet (3) including a pressure release piston (7) stressed by a spring (8) toward an inlet opening. The piston includes an upstream end to selectively push a pressure release valve (6) against an effort of a spring (16) to produce a pressure release mechanism of decanted gas of a pressurized fluid bottle at determined pressure. The piston is stressed by the spring toward a sealed stop position during separation of the outlet from a tap (2) to close a gas passage between the inlet orifice and a slackened gas outlet (9) in a sealed manner.
