The support (1) has a lifting unit (12) for vertical displacement of an upper chassis (10) relative to a lower chassis (11) so as to regulate height of the upper chassis. The upper chassis has upper side extensions (102) at sides of a longitudinal central axis (A). The extensions are moved relative to an upper frame formed of upper longerons (100) and upper crosspieces (101), and allow adjustment of width (L) of the frame. An adjustment unit formed of lower side extensions (112), lower longitudinal extensions (113) and locking knobs (115) adjusts a ground bearing surface of the lower chassis.
