The device has a solid, circular and peripheral concavity surface made of a rigid or semi-rigid material used to absorb shocks, where the device covers completely a rim of the wheel. A central hole is formed by piercing the device, and allows passage for fasteners that are intended to tighten the device against the wheel. A male or female part is provided at a periphery of the device for a circular clipping system. Metal parts are arranged for allowing reversible fixation of the device against a magnetic medium that is fixed at the rim.
