The device has a square plate (1) inscribed in a circle of internal diameter of an edge of a steel or alloy rim and perforated with oblong holes at sides of spokes (2) for allowing passage of fixation accessories e.g. straps or plastic bonds, of the device against the rim. The plate is marked with the spokes indicating drilling points for fixation of the device against the rim. Form and contour of the plate correspond to reliefs (3) of a veil of the rim. The plate is bored in center by a threaded hole (4) for allowing fixation of the plate with a hub cap along a rotation axis.
