An operating piston (4) is provided integral of rotation and translation of a central sleeve (6) that includes openings (64) and spaces on an inner surface (61). The piston includes elastic tabs (44) on an outer surface (42), where a free end (440) of the tabs carries protruding embosses (442) projecting contrary to a longitudinal central axis of the piston. The embosses are received in one of the openings and the spaces. The piston is made of plastic.
