The device has a tended net (2) comprising a square-shaped mesh occupied by a pivotable mirror. The mirror is fixed in center by a rigid rod (8) according to an angle, which is a function of a position of the mesh on the net. The mirror comprises a square plane or a segmented or spherically curved fine plate, which is reflective on one or two sides. The square plane or the plate is maintained inside a square frame by two opposite corners, so that the mirror is pivotable according to a common diagonal of the square plane and the plate.
