The tank has a hollow body (2) whose filtration wall (4) is provided with multiple openings for passage of liquid, and a discharge mouth (5) for discharging the filtered liquid. A piston (3) is adapted to a filtration position of the liquid when the liquid is maintained remotely from the filtration wall and to a filtration stop position while the liquid is plated against the filtration wall. The piston comprises multiple openings for passage of the liquid, and closure units i.e. pins (8), for closing the wall openings in the filtration stop position. An independent claim is also included for a system for filtering liquid contained in a container.
