The device (1) has an elastic element (4) arranged in transverse manner from an external surface (11) to an opposite internal surface in multiple locations of the device to produce multiple elastic element segments (6) in contact with the external surface of the device. The elastic element segments ensure holding of objects (7) e.g. water bottles, against the external surface of the device, where ends of the elastic element are fixed on the internal surface of the device. A metal ring is protruded in a T form. An independent claim is also included for an automobile seat.
