The device has a rotary light encoder (1) associated with keys crowned with LEDs (2, 3, 5) for functions. Simultaneous lighting of the LEDs on a crown indicates median value of the parameter. The function during parameter setting is indicated visually by an indicator (4) of the keys. The crown of the LEDs is implemented around another crown in order to allow direct visualization and modification of another parameter associated with the same function. The encoder is illuminated when the function is selected.
