The method involves performing allocation of a transmission parameter (20) e.g. video coding type, allocated to a zone of images as a function of interest criterion evaluated for the concerned image zone. The image zone is provided as a part of two distinct image zones. A video stream that is distinct from another video stream is transmitted (21) to the image zone. The transmission of the video stream to the image zone is performed in accordance with the set of transmission parameters allocated to the concerned image zone.
