The sleeve (1) has a functional base (7) formed with a cavity that partially receives a clip (17), where the sleeve is made of metal i.e. steel. The functional base rests against a body of the clip when the pipe is inserted in the side openings, where a diameter or a width of the cavity is dimensioned to be lower than a diameter or a width of the body of the clip.
