The device has a panel unit (1) made of a paperboard with a hole magnetized at each of right/round corners (6) covered with a zinc painted steel sheet i.e. foil or zinc steel sheet. The panel unit is arranged as a rigid honeycomb structure and adjusted between two writing sheets and bored in the corners to receive neodymium magnets (2). A dry-erase adhesive sheet is located on each side of the panel unit and surrounded by a U-shaped frame (5) on which the corners are arranged that are adjusted and stuck to the panel unit.
