The arrangement has a closure element (1) i.e. closure leg, that is structurally fixed by its peripheral edge on an adjacent support (3) by a set of fixing units (5) such as clips. The fixing units are equipped with two strips extending one towards other on both sides of a central passage in which a striated end (7) or a threaded end is arranged interdependent on the adjacent support such that the strips enclosing the end are deformed elastically. A reserve edge cooperates with a threading of the end so as to retain the closure element against the end. An independent claim is also included for a car.
