Composition for bleaching keratin fibers e.g. hair, in compressed form comprises persulfate and polymer such as cationic or amphoteric polymer, where composition is different from composition having components such as urea/sodium persulfate
A composition for bleaching keratin fibers, which is in compressed form comprises persulfate and polymer chosen from cationic polymers having charge density = 4 milliequivalents per gram (meq/g) and/or amphoteric polymers, with the provision that composition is different from following composition containing e.g.: urea (3.5), sodium persulfate (8), Rheolate FX 1100 (RTM: copolymer of polyethylene glycol containing 136 mol of 3 ethylene oxide, stearyl alcohol polyoxyethylenated with 100 mol of ethylene oxide and hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI)) (3), and magnesium stearate (2). A composition for bleaching keratin fibers, which is in compressed form, comprises at least one persulfate and at least one polymer chosen from cationic polymers having a charge density = 4 milliequivalents per gram (meq/g), and/or amphoteric polymers, with the provision that the composition is different from the following composition: urea (3.5), sodium persulfate (8), ammonium chloride (4.5), potassium persulfate (47), ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (1), sodium metasilicate (12), magnesium oxide (1), anatase titanium oxide (2), Kaolinite (5), vinylpyrrolidone/vinyl acetate copolymer (65/35) (1.8), Guar gum (2.7), hydrogenated polydecene (MW 549) (1.7), Merquat 280 SD (RTM: Polyquaternium 22) (0.5), Natrosol Plus 330 CS (RTM: cetylhydroxy cellulose) (1), Rheolate FX 1100 (RTM: copolymer of polyethylene glycol containing 136 mol of 3 ethylene oxide, stearyl alcohol polyoxyethylenated with 100 mol of ethylene oxide and hexamethylene diisocyanate (HDI)) (3), sodium cetostearyl sulfate (1), sodium lauryl sulfate (2.3) and magnesium stearate (2). An independent claim is included for process for bleaching keratin fibers, involving applying to the keratin fibers composition in the presence of an aqueous composition.
