The support has a flat deformable body (3) having a thickness in the range between 10 and 20 mm. A cavity (4) is provided adjacent to two opposite faces of the body. The cavity forms a housing for reception of ear-phones (1). The body has a peripheral side that is equipped with a stop that is ready to laterally retain a cable (2) rolled up around the body in front of each of opposite faces while walking. The cable is rolled up to form a barrier to the right of cavity for maintaining the ear-phones inside the cavity. The body has an ellipse or oval shape.
