The method involves manufacturing a rotomolded tank (1), and fitting an internal shoring frame (3) to the tank. The tank is placed in a pit while leaving a space of dimensions around lateral and longitudinal walls of the tank. Concrete is poured into the space around the lateral and longitudinal walls of the tank. Inserts are provided on the longitudinal walls of the tank, and vertical reinforcement bars (6) are fixed on the inserts before placing the tank in the pit, where the reinforcement bars are intended to carry out anchoring of the tank in the concrete around the tank. An independent claim is also included for a device for making a sealed vault.
