The device has a box (3) compartmentalized to delimit an open enclosure in frontage (4) of the box. A heat exchanger is removably housed inside the box. The enclosure is overmounted on a chamber provided with an opening. The opening emerges outside the box, and is sealed by a trap door (18) placed in the frontage. The chamber and the enclosure form a part of barrel of an air extraction column (19). An air inlet opening (6) is arranged at a base (20) of the column and off-centered with respect to the base. The opening has an edge at extension of a rear face of the box opposite to the frontage.
