The frame (1) has a central portion (5) intended to receive optical lenses, and two branches (13) intended to be removably secured to the central portion, where a fixing unit fixes the branches to the central portion. The fixing unit includes a rod (8) and a bore (7) complementary to the rod, where the rod and the bore are respectively formed at side ends of the central portion and of the branches, and intended to cooperate between them so as to form a pivot link.
