The horn has an electromagnetic coil (2) actuated by an excitation circuit (5), and a mechanical sound device (1) actuated by the coil. An electromagnetic audio detector (3) e.g. microphone, sends sound signals to an input terminal of an automatic controlled switching circuit (4). The circuit automatically regulates frequency of a release signal and loop coefficient according to environmental variations so as to send an input signal and a signal obtained by associating original oscillation frequency of the input signal and the output release signal to the excitation circuit.
