The absorber has two-component silicone plates e.g. main plates, a front plate (7) and a rear plate (6), comprising shore hardness of 20. The main plate comprising holes with diameters such as 10 mm, 35 mm and 15 mm. The holes are formed according to degree of sensitivity of rear zones of a horse. The front and rear plates have variable thicknesses defined during casting in a mold so as to be adapted to the morphology of the horse and shape of a saddle. An assembly device assembles the front and rear plates on the main plate by using silicone nails having hardness same as that of the plates.
