The device has three containers (1, 1', 2) connected in series by a connection circuit (4) that is provided with a pump (5). The containers are fitted with two inlets (7, 8) of air suction circuits (13, 14) and two outlets (10, 11) of air injection circuits (16, 17). A set of closing elements (19, 20) control opening or closing of the air suction circuits, and another set of closing elements control opening or closing of the air injection circuits. Each container is provided with a measuring unit (29) for measuring pressure inside the containers. An independent claim is also included for a method for homogenization and regulation of gas atmosphere of a sealing enclosure.
