The cooler (1) has an air ventilation duct (2) whose one end consists of an air outlet in a passenger compartment of a vehicle, and a coolant injection unit (3) intended to inject a coolant sprayed in the duct and in upstream of an air outlet. The sprayed coolant is a cloud of water droplets. The ventilation duct is equipped with a disturbance unit (4) for disturbing an air flow in control so as to create a turbulent flow of air between the disturbance unit and the air outlet. The disturbance unit is a shaped wing adapted to generate a vortex turbulence.
