The biological purifying plant comprises a basin (1) having an inlet for water to be treated, a treated water outlet, and a horizontal air blowing ramp (2) provided in its lower part. The ramp is provided with a series of diffusers (3) and connected to supply pressurized air bodies by a downpipe (4) having a vertical main portion extending outside the basin by a horizontal section. An assembly constituted by the air blowing ramp and the downpipe is equipped with a unit for lifting out the basin by a crossbar fixed to an end of a maintenance unit. The biological purifying plant comprises a basin (1) having an inlet for water to be treated, a treated water outlet, and a horizontal air blowing ramp (2) provided in its lower part. The ramp is provided with a series of diffusers (3) and connected to supply pressurized air bodies by a downpipe (4) having a vertical main portion extending outside the basin by a horizontal section. An assembly constituted by the air blowing ramp and the downpipe is equipped with a unit for lifting out the basin by a crossbar fixed to an end of a maintenance unit. The air blowing ramp and the downpipe comprise a ballast element and longitudinal H-shaped stiffeners made of steel coated with epoxy paint and extending over an entire length of the basin. A top horizontal plate and a bottom flange are provided below the air blowing ramp and separated by a vertical centerline. The air blowing ramp is sandwiched between an upper flange of the ballast element and the H-shaped stiffeners. A series of retainers is regularly spaced apart along its length, and is clamped between elements by bolts (9). The air blowing ramp is sandwiched and clamped by the bolts at its upstream and downstream ends between the upper flange of the ballast element and the H-shaped stiffeners. A lifting bracket comprises a horizontal face or retaining face and a vertical surface or lifting face having a circular bore forming a lifting eye. A lift ring is fixed to the downstream end of the air blowing ramp via a cable and connected to a lifting loop placed in a support fixed to an upper part of the basin, while the lift ring is fixed to the upstream end of the air blowing ramp end via the cable and connected to a lifting shackle placed on the horizontal section outside the basin. Stabilizing brackets equipped with adjustable feet resting on the basin are fixed by the bolts on a lower flange of the ballast element and the H shaped stiffeners below the respective ends of the air blowing ramp.
