The autoinjector has a sound and/or tactile indication device comprising a central part (1501) connected to a piston rod (1005) by a thread (1021). The central part is connected to a side part (1502) by a foldable and/or sectile connection (1503). The rod exerts traction on the central part via the thread for causing deformation and/or breakage of the connection, and deformation and/or displacement of the side part to allow axial displacement of a control sleeve (1004) under the effect of an injection spring (1008), where the displacement provides alarm and/or tactile indication to a user.
