The shoe (1) has an external sole (2), and a rod, where the shoe extends lengthwise from a rear end (4) till a front end (5), widthwise between a lateral side (6) and a medial side (7), and heightwise from the external sole to an upper end (12). A fitting element (15) is provided in the shoe, and another fitting element (16) is designed to be inserted in the former fitting element in a removable manner. The latter fitting element has a water-tight structure. The latter fitting element is flexible and includes an envelope (31).
