The article has a proximal portion (2) to be in abutment against the perineum opposite a portion of the urethra of a man. Two distal portions (30, 31) are interconnected by the proximal portion, where the distal portions are in the form of elongate legs bearing against the inside of a portion of thighs of the man. The legs are elastically deformable to increase the support of the proximal portion against the perineum and the pressure (F) on the urethra when the legs are moved towards each other under the effect of mutual approach of the thighs.
