The device has a recess provided corresponding to an interior surface of a hive, where the recess is completely covered by a preformed web (116). The web is arranged with a set of oblong openings (127-132) whose width lies between 1 and 4mm. The openings are discontinuous, and spaces of the openings are delimited by two frames. A cumulated length of the openings is divided by the number of spaces that is equal to interior length of the hive. The openings are provided in the shape of a funnel.
