The device has a drawing support (1) that is provided with a peripheral embedding (12). A plain sheet (2) such as paper, is received in the support. A set of writing tools (5, 6) such as pencil, of two different colors is provided in the device. A pair of glasses (7) is arranged with two colored filters (8, 9) comprising colors that are identical to colors of the writing tools. The effect of animation is obtained by looking at images through the glasses, while carrying out a reciprocating motion of the head such that glance of two eyes passes through two filters in an alternate manner.
