The fork (1) has right arm (2a) and a left arm including a boomerang shape. A central segment of the boomerang shape has a bend. A lower segment of the boomerang shape is curved or straight, and receives an axle of a front wheel (3). An upper segment of the boomerang shape is formed concentric of the front wheel and outside at a periphery of a tire, and exceeds largely forward of a pivot of the fork. The bend is provided behind the pivot and an axis of direction. The upper segment is prolonged in front of the pivot until balance of the axle. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a mudguard (2) a stop (3) a system of cables theft protection device (4) a lighting device (5) a basket (6) a turntable.
