The method involves depositing an electrically conducting adhesive (31) in a metalized through-hole (23) of an electronic board (2) by a syringe (3), and inserting a connection pin (1) in the metalized through-hole from a face (21) of the electronic board. The syringe is placed in front of the face of the electronic board during deposition of the electrically conducting adhesive, and the electrically conducting adhesive is hardened after insertion of the connection pin in the metalized through-hole of the electronic board.
