The object of the present invention is to provide an offshore aquaculture facility that provides a healthy environment for fish and reduces environmental pollution. This goal is achieved by an offshore aquaculture facility comprising one or more cages (1) for the rearing of fish and a floating and submerged floating structure (2). The installation is characterized in that it comprises an anchoring device having an anchor line (3) connected on one side (6) to the structure (2) and allowing the other side to be anchored at a single point of anchoring (4) in the environment of the installation, and the structure comprises one or more pins (5) containing adjustable ballasts, these pins being installed at the bottom of the structure (2).
