The catheter has a tube (10) defined between a distal end (11) and a proximal end (12), where the tube comprises a central opening (13). An inflatable small balloon (20) is attached around the distal end of the tube. An opening of a sleeve (41) located at one end (42) of the sleeve is attached in water-tight manner with a wall (24) of the balloon by surrounding a vent (23) such that the vent emerges in a volume (45) delimited by the sleeve. A closing unit closes another end (43) of the sleeve according to an elastic force of determined amplitude.
