The formwork has two longitudinal sides (10, 11), and two transverse sides (20, 21) that are utilized for delimiting the formwork in a longitudinal direction, where the formwork is formed by a wall (1). A set of grooves (41) is dimensioned so as to allow penetration of concrete, where thickness of the wall is thin with regard to depth of the grooves on an upper face (30). The grooves and ribs (40) of the upper face respectively form ribs and grooves of a lower face of the wall. A set of longitudinal reinforcement ribs is arranged in the grooves of the lower face of the wall.
