The panel has a support frame comprising a junction edge with a profile that comprises an upper lip (8) for supporting a weight of the panel. A stop groove (9) receives a head (14) of a stopper (13) for fixing to a support beam (12). A lower lip (11) is longer than the upper lip and covers a half of a width of the beam to make the beam to be invisible. The lower lip is provided with a junction groove (20) and a mating rib that cooperates with the junction groove for assembling the panel with another panel. A wall cladding panel is made of heat and sound insulating material.
