The device has a central part forming a toothed rack and comprising a volume that comprises three closed sides and an open side. The central part is formed with three lateral sides (2-4). Two wings (5, 6) extend towards an outer side of the rack. The central part is perforated with regular intervals to form a set of identical openings (7). Another set of openings (11) is located at a right side of non-perforated parts of the central part. The central part is perforated in a transverse way with irregular intervals. Sections are immobilized on a carrying structure by a steel screw. An independent claim is also included for a method for installation of a paneling open-type screen on a carrying structure.
