The assembly (200) has a gear box comprising a bottom (214), and a clutch control device fixed on the gear box. The control device includes a kinematic actuation chain having a sleeve and a guide tube (208). The sleeve is slidingly mounted on the guide tube. The guide tube is fixed against bottom of the gear box. The kinematic actuation chain includes dispersion compensation elements i.e. shims (210, 310, 410, 510), located in upstream of the sleeve so as to compensate for dispersions generated by the gear box. The chain includes forks (202, 204) connected to an actuator. An independent claim is also included for a method for correcting dispersions of a transmission assembly.
