The invention relates to a ceramic coating, intended to be applied on a metal support and in the form of at least one continuous film having a thickness between 2 and 100 μm, this coating comprising a matrix comprising at least one metal polyalkoxide and in which particles having a diameter of between 0.01 and 50 μm are dispersed, said particles being of a material having a thermal conductivity equal to or greater than 10 Wm-1.K-1 and a density of not more than 3 , 9 g / cm3.
