The prosthesis has mounting units (1211, 1311) for mounting two of a femoral part (11), a tibial part (12) and a patellar part (13). The mounting units include two parts defining a hollow element and a projecting element. A clamping unit includes two pairs of complementary clips realized in walls of the hollow element and the projecting element. Each pair of clips includes a rib and a throat such that the rib of one of the two pairs is ready to engage in the throat of the other pair, where the lengths of the ribs perpendicular to a fitment axis are different.
