The installation has a body and a front face that is provided with a reserve groove. The reserve groove is arranged with a single rail that forms a track or round section for a set of rollers (330) of a carriage (300). A reserve leg (340) is allowed to penetrate in the reserve groove so as retain the carriage in a raising position with regard to the rail. The reserve groove is located above a stop groove that itself is located above the rail. The stop groove is delimited by two shaped nozzles.
