The part (2) has a gutter (5) receiving water coming from inside of a door frame by openings (4) on a side of the part attached to the door frame. The gutter is covered by an inspection door (8) allowing passage of persons or objects e.g. wheel chairs, entering or leaving a building. Drain holes (7) are arranged at a bottom of the gutter to collect water and bring to a sewer system. The bottom of the gutter is inclined in a direction opposed to a base (1) of the door frame. An edge of the inspection door is provided in contact with the base of the door frame.
