The cook top i.e. induction cook top (1), has a hotplate (4) receiving cooking containers, and a control keypad (5) placed inside a casing (19) of the table and under the hotplate. The keypad includes a selection unit and a display unit mounted on a printed circuit board (8). The printed circuit board is mounted on a card support (9). The card support is fixed on the hotplate by bonding. The control keypad includes a cover (11) fixed on the card support and springs (20) supported against the cover and against a wall (19a) of the casing.
