The footboard (1) has a connecting rod (3) hinged to each of two tubular structures (20, 30) in two respective parallel articulation axes (8, 9) so that the two structures, a working platform (2) and the connecting rod define kinematics of folding deformable quadrilateral type. The two structures abut against each other so that a weight of the footboard confirms abutment of the two structures when a user rides on the working platform if the footboard is in an unfolded working position. The working platform is hinged on each of the structures according to the parallel articulation axes.
