The device (3) has a first part (31) comprising a cam (311) adapted to pivot around a pivot axle (4) and a second part (32) comprising a bearing surface (321) for the cam. Rotation of the cam around the pivot axle creates pressure on the bearing surface to allow the passage between an unlocked position and a locked position of the fixing device, where the device is supported against a part of the wheel and secured to a part (21) of the housing. The cam is prolonged laterally by a handle (312) to rotatively guide the cam around the pivot axle.
