The system has an affixing unit provided in a paper document digitizing frame for affixing a mark on the paper document during digitization of the paper document. An analysis unit analyzes the digitized document to find a mark representative of a previous digitalization of the paper document. A management unit for managing duplicates in digitizing service of paper document is implemented when the analysis unit finds the mark representative of previous digitalization of the paper document in the digitized document. An independent claim is also included for a method for managing duplicates in a service of digitalization of paper documents.
