The frame has a reinforcement bar (3) made of steel and placed in a mold base and extend over entire length (L1) from a prestressed concrete beam (1). A spiral-shaped steel wire element (4) surrounds the bar in a central part (L2) of the beam such that the wire element is used as a hold to the reinforcement bar in relation to the mold base. An anchoring unit anchors the bar in the concrete of an upper center section of the beam. A reinforcement unit additionally reinforces the upper center section.
